How much is shipping? We offer free 2-5 day shipping to all 50 US States for order above 349$! smaller order such as 10-20 carts is usually shipped USPS Priority Mail while larger products may be shipped via ground shipping. What shipping methods do you offer? We primarily ship via USPS and FedEx. Occasionally we will use local carriers for rush shipments. All orders placed before 3PM will ship same day. All orders placed after this time will ship out the next business day. Do you ship internationally? We ship to all major countries outside of the US and Canada, at a flat rate of $50. When available, these packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually take 4-7 business days to arrive. Canadian shipping To our friends up north, we charge $30 per order for standard ground shipping, and $50 for priority shipping. When will I receive tracking information? Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. We typically upload tracking information on the night of shipment, or early the next morning. Do you ship to PO boxes? Absolutely, just use your PO box as your shipping address at checkout. What if you ship me the wrong cart? This almost never happens, but if it does, we will priority ship the correct cart to you and provide a pre-paid return label for the incorrect cart or pen. What happens if the carts or pen is damaged during shipment? We have never had this happen, but if you are our first customer for this to happen to, we will priority ship a new cart or pen out to you immediately. What if I end up not needing the cart I ordered? If you order a cart and end up not needing it, we are happy to take it back and give you a full refund, so long as the cart was never used. No return or restocking fees, we just ask that you cover the return shipping back to us. Who pays return shipping costs? For product returns, we will cover the return shipping costs IF the need for return is due to an error on our part, or due to faulty product. If you are returning a product simply because you do not need/want it anymore, then the return shipping cost is your responsibility.
